As we step into 2025, I find myself pausing to reflect on the past year—a year of growth, challenges, and milestones. It’s incredible how much can happen in just twelve months, and looking back, I feel both humbled and inspired by the journey.
Reflecting on 2024: A Year of Learning and Building
2024 was a year where ideas turned into action. It was the year I launched several courses designed to address real-world challenges faced by HR professionals and job seekers. These courses weren’t just projects—they were extensions of my passion for creating tools that help people to navigate today’s dynamic professional landscape.
Here’s a look at the courses I created in 2024:
How to Avoid Job Scams (with Bundle Course): A comprehensive training kit to help job seekers identify and avoid fraudulent job offers.
AI and HR Tech Terminology Talk (20 Talks): A deep dive into the key terminologies in AI and HR, helping professionals stay ahead of the curve.
AI Interview Strategies: Practical techniques for excelling in AI-driven interviews.
Mastering Inclusive Influence in Digital Leadership: Tools and strategies for fostering inclusivity and effective leadership in the digital age.
AI Bias in Hiring: Insights into identifying and mitigating bias in AI-driven recruitment processes to promote fairness and diversity.
These courses reached individuals across 47 states and 80 countries, providing valuable skills and insights to help people grow in their careers, avoid risks, and embrace opportunities.
While the journey wasn’t without its challenges, every step brought valuable lessons. Whether it was refining content, learning how to connect with a global audience, or navigating obstacles, 2024 taught me the importance of persistence and patience in building something meaningful.

As I welcome 2025, my vision is clear: to build on the foundation laid in 2024 and take bold steps toward greater impact. This year is about expanding the reach of my work, strengthening collaborations, and exploring new ways to make a difference.
