During my time in school, I focused heavily on employment law, particularly on case studies that allowed me to dive deep into problem-solving and critical issue analysis. I was fascinated by understanding human behavior—why do people act the way they do? What motivates them? How can we find the best solutions that lead to positive outcomes and win-win situations? This curiosity drove my interest in the human behavioral process and the outcomes that define workplace dynamics.


The Rise of Technology in HR: A Gradual Shift


As I progressed in my career, I witnessed the gradual yet undeniable shift from traditional HR practices to advanced HR technologies.
